The Bertone has a long history of producing prototypes based on the Chevrolet’s sporting mechanicals. The 2009 Bertone Mantide comes out with these mechanicals and delivers high performance. The Mantide was manufactured in association with Danisi Engineering to produce the world’s best street performance car that is covered in Stile Bertone design. The shape and aerospace of the car truly depicts the Formula One car and looks similar to the Italian sports car. The Bertone Mantide consists of butterfly opening doors, a number of air inlets, teardrop canopy and the low-slung nose. The aerodynamics is modified in full scale making the car much better to appear at the Le Mans. The car delivers a high performance compared to the ZR1. The body is made of carbon fiber and the seats, wheels and the body structure had been decreased to 100 kg.
